Coinciding with their most recent advertising campaign (‘it’s a people thing‘), Halifax were looking to explore ideas for the design of their website. Several pages were targeted for redesign, considering experimental user interactions, redeveloping navigational systems and integrating brand elements with a refreshed user experience.

As part of our exploration we looked at recategorising the main menu, refined the search functionality and generated ideas for live chat and a help centre.
