No Quick Fix

Mental Health Campaign

No Quick Fix is campaign created to support and inform people about mental health. I designed a kit of tools and visual guides, including stories and interviews from people living with and managing their mental health.

I combined abstract photography with colourful illustrations to shape a unique, abstract colourful aesthetic across the campaign elements.

Medication Booklets

I created a set of five A6 booklets which explored the side effects and efficacy of the most commonly prescribed medications for different categories of mental health disorder. Those categories; anti-anxiety, anti-depressant, anti-psychotic, MAOIs, and stimulants. I designed icons to represent individual side effects such as nausea or headaches, and explained some of the subcategories of varied disorders while also signposting readers for further information.

Mindful Tales

A book of interviews with several people living with and managing mental health conditions. All interviewees are anonymous, however diagnoses and conditions are discussed within.

“It’s important to maintain open, honest dialogue around mental health. It’s something we all need to manage in our lives to reach our potential, and the more we speak openly, the more we overcome our fears.”
